Was a very good race, lots of action, pity raikkonen couldn't come closer to giving alonso some trouble :(

Loving the smirk from brawn when montoya spun at the beginning, especially when added to the fact that neither ferrari finished ;)

TBH - don't hold your breath.

It's going to be much later than that I believe.
I think I heard end of May/June time...
 
One of the reporters just tryed to interveiw Fisi at all and he wasnt even staying still, he just walked off into where renault are and he didnt sound happy at all.

Ralf set for post-race penalty?

Ralf Schumacher may be robbed of his podium finish at Sunday’s Australian Grand Prix.

The German is thought to have passed compatriot Nick Heidfeld under safety car conditions midway through the race.

McLaren’s Juan Pablo Montoya was clearly shown to have made the illegal pass, however there is speculation both Ralf and Jenson Button may have as well.

Montoya and Button eventually retired so will escape penalty, but Ralf went on to finish third and could have 25 seconds added onto his final race time.

Ralf was among the field’s most impressive in Melbourne after recovering from a drive-through penalty – due to speeding in the pit lane – to make a number of passes and claim the final podium spot.

Jordan submits 2008 entry
Eddie Jordan has submitted an entry to the 2008 Formula One World Championship, autosport.com can reveal.

Although the Irishman has not been involved in the sport since selling his eponymous team to Midland at the start of 2005, sources close to Jordan have confirmed that he is one of the 22 applicants who have lodged their entry with the FIA.

Jordan is understood to have put his name forward after consultation with Formula One supremo Bernie Ecclestone, who he has kept in close contact with the Irishman since the latter ended his full-time involvement in the sport.

Although Jordan is thought not to have any of the infrastructure needed to run a team in place at the moment, there would be little point in doing too much work on that front without a confirmed entry in the first place.

All the new applicants, which definitely include Prodrive, Paul Stoddart, Direxiv and GP2 front-runner Racing Engineering, will join the current 11 teams at a meeting in London on April 10 to discuss the entries.

Would be nice to see EJ back but I think Prodrive are still firm favourites for the last spot.
