2008 Chinese GP - Race 17/18

I can see the reasoning behind the FIA wanting to cut costs, with Williams making a loss of £25m this year IIRC the current level of expenditure to just be at, or near the bottom of the pack is unsustainable.

I think it would be a folly to get it to levels where privateers could participate again - it wouldn't be the pinnacle of motorsport anymore, but I'd definitely like to get more than 20 cars on the grid just in case we have another Super Aguri.

surely not, Massa's penalty in Fuji helped Ferrari no end... wait...

I may be missing your point, but yes, that penalty helped Ferrari. Massa hit another driver by leaving the track, that driver of which happened to be his championship rival and who had to wait till the full pack went through before rejoining. The punishment to which was not disqualification, not even a stop go, but the very same penalty for a mistake made into the first corner. It appears the FIA cannot discern between someone hitting another vehicle and someone not hitting another vehicle. This would explain the Bourdais incident.

I've done this.

But i couldn't seem to express the thing I wanted to most - that we need more consistent and less penalties. The inconsistent penalties and after race changes have worked to ruin this season.
Well I just kept putting strongly agree when it asked about overtaking - hopefully they understood from that...

Shouldn't ING be concentrating on their cash flow rather than F1 surveys ;)

theres a question there regarding if F1 really had any impact on you and your knowledge of ING, i imagine if that comes out quite poorly it might be a step to aiding their financing, and ruining renaults :p
