200gb Seagate making a really strange noise

I recently bought a 200gb seagate barracuda new and it makes this really odd noise, doesnt happen all the time but when it does its loud
The best I can describe it, is a loud "squeal". Its loud enougth to be heard over the tv at half volume

Out of all my barracudas this is the first one ive had do this. I have tested it with speedfan but havent used a seagate tester thing yet

Anyone ever had a seagate drive do this them?

I would backup anything you want to keep on that drive and run Seagate's diagnostic tools asap.

Any HDD thats making weird noises that can be heard over a telly is, in my view, not a healthy HDD at all lol.

Its such an odd noise thats all, anyway I shall get the seatools diag cd out in a bit and give the drive a roasting and see what happens

What I dont get is the noise harldy happens, its only when the drive is in full use when loading windows
