Yup, that time of the year again. :D

It's going to be streamed live today and tomorrow on www.raceofchampions.com and on www.freecaster.tv Also being shown on Motors TV.

The cars they are using this year are the same as last year iirc.

Starts at 6pm today with the Nations Cup... won for the last 4 years by Germany. :(

Drivers taking part this year is quite a good list. Main draws are the same as 2010, but a few new names in there.

:D It's one of my highlights of the year motorsport wise. Always seems a lot of fun, just wish there was less adverts on the TV.

I had all that info lined up to go, but the other half dragged me out shopping... :eek:

This is what football stadiums should be used for. :D

Stuff those 22 hairdressers prancing around after an inflated pigs bladder. This is a proper mans sport. ;)
 
It's great having drivers in something almost completely opposite to what they normally drive, and just wrestling them around. :D

Oooops. Someone's skoda trying to mate with a barrier. ;)

Laptop easier to move than a 60" plasma. The livestream.tv feed is surprisingly excellent. Shame it's not in HD on tv though. :(

Thats one German team out of the ROC Nations Cup... :D Sadly, it's the other German team that won for the last 4 years.

Team France and Team Nordic go through.

It's the same sort of layout they use every year. It's the easiest way to get an even track length. Occasionally even get some overtaking. :eek:

Can't remember who it was, but someone overtook Schumacher when he stalled the Fiat. Was back a while when he was still under contract with Ferrari and was only allowed to race the Fiat's, ROC buggies and the KTM.
 
I'm not sure that was the Arrows AX3 - looks massively different. Looks more like an Indycar that the F1 car.

If it was the AX3 - I know someone who was looking for that a few years ago to restore it to running condition. Damn...

Anyway....

Gah... Germans....
 
They basically handed that race to Vettel. He loves the buggies, the other guy hasn't driven them.

Shame. Should have stuck them in the R8's or the V8 Sportscars
