Great time of year for comedy.

Thought I would recommend

Greg Davies Live - Firing Cheeseballs At a Dog.

I like Greg Davies but wasn't sure if a full featured stand up event would work with him. I was VERY wrong, he had me in stitches about stories of him growing up and teaching.

I really recommend this. Great christmas gift, so good I posted a review on Amazon which I never do !!

Thought he was quality on one of the live at the Apollos so will definately get this!

Just watched Alan Carr, Peter Kay & John Bishop - all excellent.
Stephen Merchant - poor
Russell Howard - had to turn it off.
Got quite a few more to go.

Micky Flanagans dvd is the best one ive seen so far - excellent stuff.

Jason Manfords was quite good, John Bishops was also rather decent, and i enjoyed Peter Kays new one more than i expected - im not his biggest fan but was rather good.

Alan Carrs new one not too bad either.

Jimmy Carr's latest is the one im waiting for now.

The new Jimmy Carr (being funny) is nothing groundbreaking, with a handful of old jokes, but still very funny
