2012 British F1 Grand Prix tickets

Woodcote B £192. Gold covered, race day only. How does that sound? Woodcoat A really worth the extra £60? None of my friends are willing to camp :(

Sigh, change that to, not a single one of my friends is willing to pay £192 :(

Woodcote B is pants (and rather overpriced). Its to far round Woodcote to be able to see the Wellington straight. Its aimed more at a view down the start finish straigh... but as thats not the start finish straight its a bit pointless.

You could always do what we did last year and go to another event at Silverstone to scope out the grandstands. We went to the GT racing, but theres a load of stuff on. Theres even the World Series by Renault in August that is free.

im trying to get 2 tickets down the pitstraight, this year me and the old man sat in F, sat right oposite the 2nd/3rd row. trying to get simular seats for next year.

Are there reasonably priced seats where you can see a screen also just so you don't miss all the action?

inb4 your living room.

Club corner was good this year.
I was in K164.
A clear view down the s/f straight and the beginning of the pits and you could see all the way up to Stowe and the last corner for passes.

I have not sat in these new grandstands so cannot comment on the view. I know that when it was GA this is where I used to sit as you can see from Stowe to Abbey. I figured with the moving of the barriers through the Vale and the new building you might struggle to see as much, but sounds like the grandstands offer a good view. I would recommend these then, except I expect they are some of the most expensive.
