I wouldn't begrudge Brecel the championship if he plays like that in the semi and the final.

Brecel played brilliantly but Ronnie should be ashamed of that performance. Now we”ll get the usual “I don’t care, I just play for fun” crap from him.
 
Brecel dominated that and deserves to go on and win the tourney. Nice one! Ronnie just didn't turn up, but I think he'd have still struggled

O'Sullivan pretty disappointing. I wanted Brecel to make it a match, which he did, brilliantly, but winning 7 frames on the bounce wasn't what I had in mind for entertainment.

going on 48 years old and probably not putting in the hours either, Im never shocked to see him throw in a bad session now although he can still play like a No 1 rank player for long periods of course.

as it gets more and more frequent he will retire
 
Yea I'm watching it as well, I watched the previous two sessions of these guys also, been gritty the whole way through.

See how the pressure gets to them and how they change as soon as they have got enough points and just clearing the table at the end.

Great to watch though I love matches like this.
