What and pay well over the odds though?
Ikea is so popular because they get the balance between price and product quality right for most of the population (meaning its bloody cheap, but looks alright too).

I last 5 minutes couple of years ago in Ikea before i started kicking furniture around and wishing murder on people. Middle-aged groups of women, it's the height of hell on Earth. I swore never to go again.
The store was designed by Nazi's and to navigate around it, you must travel at the pace of the slowest member of the death march in single-file around the never ending pathways, on which you cannot deviate away.
And all that to buy crappy lampshades made of eco-friendly unbleached paper.

I thought the party was going to be for all the staff after a recent 'training' event and also ''acting up' event across all the stores in the uk?
If you want something to read in Ikea, try the Ikea Handbook (or bible) talk about brainwashing! haha. Also, if you look at everything in an Ikea store, it should have a cost on it showing how much it cost to produce, even down to the leaflets you can pick up. Part of Ingmar Kamprad the founder of IKEA's vision for the company (did you know he came from a farm called Elmtaryd near the village of Agunnaryd. Wonder where the IKEA name comes from!)

even with 21% off - i don't think it is worth risking my relationship for 
my boyfriend HATES ikea - even mentioning it is a punishable offense in our house!
