Hi, I'm looking at upgrading my current Iiyama 22" monitor to a 24" model. I have been very happy with the current monitor and am looking at the same brand, however, I have heard mixed reviews about the current range of Iiyama monitors. I was looking specifically at the Prolite E2409 and the E2407. Does anyone with one of these have any opinions on them? I use my machine primarily for gaming...

i recently bought a 2409 to replace a 22" sammy pepple, the 2409 had all the features i needed like HDMI, audio in and audio out which comes in VERY handy for connecting my gaming PC and my xbox at the same time

BUT........... the colours imo are very poor and im constantly having to change brightness/contrast settings in games like BC2 depending on which map is playing,so i kinda regret buying this monitor as my old sammy seemed better with more vivid colours especially in the "gaming" preset modes

Hmm..sounds a bit of worry..maybe the BENQ would be a better choice..the only problem being the higher response time...

that samsung is ment to be really good, i would have bought it myself after doing a lot of research, unfortunately it didnt have the audio in/out i needed at the time

but i still may end up buying one if i can convince the wife ;) :D
