Chances of Hazro doing an S-IPS at 22" are slim to none, unless LG.Philips decide that they want to enter a market oversaturated with cheap TN panels (which isn't going to happen).
People who are buying 22" monitors seem to be happy enough with TN panels (until recently, you could only get TN panels at 22") so what's the business logic for LG.Philips to add another size screen to their production line? The retooling costs just wouldn't justify it. S-IPS panels are used in higher end screens and that market segment has pretty much decided that 24/30" screens are the current sweet-spot.
