24/26" Monitor - Unsure which panel to get (sorry another noob thread)

£400 for a 24"?? wow that seems way overpriced..

when i switched from crt to lcd i went for a samsung syncmaster because it had one of the lowest input lag & response times compared to most others.. what does that nec offer exactly to be worth the price?

viewing angle, colour accuracy, input lag same/less than most monitors with TN panel, remote control, beautiful bezel etc.

Its all you could as for from a monitor really.. say If you do gaming competetively, view movies whilst layed down, use photoshop for photography etc. Its all there in 1 monitor instead of having multi monitor for different purposes which I'm doing right now :p

Maybe i'll consider it when it drops £100+ if it's still the best, until then im sticking with my 22" :)

It did drop £100 -

Ordered mine last night from the B grade at £315

Can't wait hope it is okay. Seemed a bargain.
keep those eyes peeled

I got mine as b grade the other week for £309 and so did quite a few others on here. :D

Mine was perfect except missing leads, discs remote. Somebody elses was fully complete.

STill a bargain.

yehh bargain as the other stuff is insignificant.

see what happens when the monitor turns up

Just ordered the samsung 2233rz - i don't mind the viewing angles and saw first hand the colour and response of it - it's awesome:D Got it from a different site, without the glasses :D - also helped my self to two ocz 30gb vertex ssd drives - including the system and g19 i got the other week, i'm sorted for a year or two now :D

I came out of all of this spending spree with my ******** intact - either swimbo doesn't know how much i've spent or she's keeping it to use against me at a later date :D :D :D :D
