24" LED Monitor with HDMI input

If I set it to low the PS3 picture suffers in a lot of other areas, to put it simply, things you should be able to see you can't, with it set to normal you can.

I have no problem with the black level at all, even on normal. It's more of a problem that white doesn't look quite white on any setting. Not compared to my S-IPS panel at least.

Can't see how a DVI > HDMI would be any different to a HDMI > HDMI if they both carry a digital signal?

I think it has something to do with... Actually I don't know - it's beyond me why it would make a difference. ;) I haven't taken any measurements yet but I don't think the backlight as as strong as the XL2370's, whilst the black level is a little higher. This is a cheaper panel though and so far the experience has been pretty good.

I'm not sure really. The whites on my model look pretty good. If you are talking about a white screen then it is usual for there to be some uniformity issues when comparing to a good IPS panel - this is an aspect of the viewing angle inherent to the TN panel. I think somebody asked if it had anything to do with the LED backlight. This does have a slightly different colour tone, but I usually find that the LED backlight enhances the whites.

Well that is excellent value. I'm reading the reviews just now.

Edit: Seems to be no real talk of response time. This is the clincher on a VA panel - if it's anything like Samsung's F2380 then forget it. I have quite a backlog of monitors I want to review at the moment from Samsung, Dell and LG but I'll see if I can get this one done some time before Christmas ;).
