Kingston's KHX1600C9D3X2K2/8GX is a kit of two 512M x 64-bit 4GB DDR3-1600MHz CL9 SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) memory modules, based on sixteen 128M x 8-bit DDR3 FBGA components per module. Each module kit supports Intel® XMP (Extreme Memory Profiles). Total kit capacity is 8GB. Each module kit has been tested to run at DDR3-1600MHz at a low latency timing of 9-9-9-27 at 1.65V. The SPDs are programmed to JEDEC standard latency DDR3-1333MHz timing of 9-9-9 at 1.5V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.5V.

Bargain. Looking at these things I'm guessing they are shorter than vengeance too which should remove heatsink and memory issues on sandybridge?

I'm tempted to buy some and sell my vengeance stuff. Its a nightmare with the ultra 120 I have for clearance.

I've just realised to run at 1600mhz they need 1.65 volts. My plans.... ruined! :(

They run fine at 1.50v :)

Were building 1000+ plus systems per month with these with voltage at 1.50v and we've not had one single unit faulty or unable to do this yet. :)

These kits are pretty awsome!

Bought these for a friend of mine recently when they were a few pounds more. He has reported that they are running like a dream in his OC'd AMD setup. Great RAM and a better price.

They'll run at 1600 with 1.5 volts? If so and you can guarantee me that - I'll take two sets.

Free shipping, how do I get it :D sick of needing to use clean mem to stop it needing reboots too often & found with video editing it chomps it up easily :D never had this issue with 8gb so want to get back onto it, the timings suck but the ram is nice & will fit in my new build nicely & £50 woo hooo I want some :D.

Lol just after posting this I noticed in the top right where it says about the free shipping & just went through sorting it out & ordered some of this nicely priced RAM :D cheers OCUK :).

I like these they aren't covered in branding & look good & are nice low profile, if I got some of the high ones I'd have to possibly sand them down a fair bit so they fit underneath the cooler :D.

Thats a really good price. I wonder if it can get any cheaper than this. Im planning to build a new rig in next few months and im not sure if I should buy some RAM now while its so cheap or wait until bulldozer comes out and then buy it all together.

This cheapest price I could find by a nice £7 lol :D if you get the free shipping that is ;) & that £7 would include free shipping elsewhere too which has form post count restrictions but could get it on 2nd class I think for less than £3.

Worth buying for a future build though I'm not sure about that, what if it's duff RAM, that'll cause a problem :( unless OCUK are ok with that kinda thing.
