25% off AGV lids

It's a shame they don't have a wind tunnel to allow you to sample any noise :D

The Caberg has a higher safety rating, 5 stars, to the AGV's 4 stars. Both pretty safe though.

I have S4 SV and it's extremely noisy, visor scratches within hours of first use (made of transparent cheese), water leaks in the seals and into inside of visor....

In foggy conditions I end up riding with visor open due to condensation...

Stay clear unless I just have a duffer :(

Is it light?

Oh, I just bought one. We will have to wait and see I guess, I have heard about earlier models having a problem but there was a revision of the model which sorted a lot of stuff apparently.

They are very light compared with Arai, one redeeming point is a 5 star sharp rating :)

Maybe mine just has a bad fit on the visor... i think if the visor fitted snug with no whistling it would be much improved (ive tried to adjust it out but no joy)

Sounds like you've had a bad batch maybe, AGV were replacing them free of charge, worth a try?

No harm in asking. Sports bike shop are throwing in extra cleaning/care kits too so get them included if you're fussed.

If you can try a Shoei Quest on as that's what I have and it's dead comfy and very quiet general and also in comparison to the ***** my riding school have us wear (don't wear my own for fear of wrecking it whilst learning! :p) Though it is almost twice the price

Boots and lid would be the bits of kit I shell the most out on.

Edit: The AGV is 100grams heavier than my Quest which is minimal really not a difference I'd expect you'd be able to feel.

I have tried the K4 on and its fits and feels good...However the lack of internal visor is putting me off.

I also tried a Nolan N-85 and its felt good too...The entry hole was a lot smaller though...I just can't decide!
