For those uncertain about refurbished/second-hand chairs, HM is offering 25% off site-wide until the 18th of this month. You can also get an extra 4% via TopCashBack and, I believe, further discounts if you are NHS/AS.

It's not expired, the 25% off doesn't end until the 4th December... Why has somebody changed the title to 'Expired'?

I have had my aeron from 2006 only thing I've had to replace is the casters. Might cost a lot but people are spending £800 on apple watches that are useless and become a paper weight 5 years later.

It's really comfy, a lot more comfy than my old Mirra
You do need to sit right at the back of the seat though, otherwise the chair won't contour around your back properly so it won't be any more comfy than a £50 chair. But if you sit on it correctly it's really nice!!

It arrived within 3 days.
The email said I would be contacted withing the next 10 days to arrange delivery and they contacted me the following day saying they could come the very next day :)

Awesome, good to know! I've got a Secret Labs chair at the moment which is fine but I should probably move back to a more ergonomic chair (have had HM Aeron in the past)
 
Bought my Aeron second hand about 14 years ago now and still the most comfortable office chair I’ve sat in. You have to judge these chairs after the first hour or two of sitting down, you won’t notice their worth plonking yourself down for a quick A vs B comparison. It’s when you’ve been seated for the second part of the day you notice the difference

This is exactly it with the Embody. It's has one way it wants you to sit in it, then it will bend and flex with you as you move around. Once I dialled in the back adjustment and the height (a couple of years ago now lol) the only thing I adjust is how stiff I want the recline, which is pretty much based on how much I'm focusing or relaxing. Still looks so good for its age too.

Did it take some time to adjust to the chair?

Replacing a noble chairs epic that have had for 8 years now.
