250-280 Max to spend on a Widescreen Mon

What would yous recommend for me, I like the look of the new Samsung sm-226, is it worth waiting for , or is there a better buy?

Not keen on having speakers on the monitor, but could possibly give in if it was a good enough one.

Any help would be much appreciated..

Can probably get a Dell 2007WFP for that price, its what i'd have.
