2500k + A50?

Depends on the voltages required to reach the clock your after - but ~4.5GHz should be OK. Maybe even higher if you have a low voltage to clock ratio chip - or lower if it's the opposite.

As mentioned - will depend on your chip.
 
4.4GHz here, rock solid at 1.25V (with no LLC, so load voltage is around 1.16V). My temps with the A50 never get above 70 running IBT, and that was in summer. Idle temps now (UK winter) around 25-28C, load temps in the high 50s/low 60s depending on what's running.

Could probably go higher with the A50 but don't need any more out of it just yet. I reckon I could get it to around 4.6GHz with the A50, but probably no higher. Like Plec says,how high you can go will depend on your chip, and how much juice it needs to OC.
