Be careful of the Hiper212 its very tall and some cases will struggle to get the side panel on.

The Hiper 212 is 158.6mm in height.

The Elite 335 can fit coolers up to 166.6mm so you'll be OK.

Going with the Gelid, I see that these are meant to run at 1.65v

The link is to XMS3 so I assume that's what you mean.

Plenty of people are running XMS3 on Sandy Bridge at around 1.5V so you'll be fine.

Good times, managed to get it for the same price as the gelid on here, budgeting and pc's are a stressful mix, thanks for your help mate.
