2500k Speed displaying incorrectly in windows

Have a 2500k that is overclocked to 4.4Ghz but Windows seems to think it is actually 5.8Ghz

Coretemp sees the speed correctly, any ideas as to why this is happening?:confused:
 
In dxdiag my i2500k is only shown at its stock speed i.e. 3.3 despite the fact that it is actually overclocked to 4.2.

Windows 7 - 64 bit here
 
perfectly normal, mine is at 4.9ghz and windows says 3.3ghz lol. Happened in the early days with core2duo and windows too.
