2500k Temps

Converting a video and noticed my 2500k is getting rather hot, I'm wondering if this is down to the warmer weather.

I'm going to try and change the thermal paste over the next few days, but those with H100i and i5's, are you getting similar temps?

It's pretty warm ATM so depending on what voltage you are using then 70 degrees at full 100% load isn't really surprising.

What voltage are you using and are you using the stock h100 fans?

I'm using 1.28v with a +0.025 offset and the stock fans as there is nothing to match their performance. Well, unless I want to buy the £30 Noctua Industrials anyway.

I was only really curious as to what change others are seeing, OP wasn't well written.

my 2500k hit 63c during last nights bf4 session. normally its high 50's so a 5c rise for me due to the weather. 2500k @ 4.5 1.28v nh-d14 cooler

I'd say those temps are perfectly within limits mate. I wouldn't really worry.

My i5 at 4.7 has been hitting 74c using prime with my h100i. Thats with 2 gentle typhoon 1850 going full chat.

Temps seem fine.
