I would not hesitate to buy that if a: I was in the market for a GT3 b: I had £25k+ in my car fund & c: I got there first!

Alas, for me, neither.

Like Gibbo says, that would be as good if not better than many similar age / lower mileage limited use examples.

Virgin 911 also provide an excellent warranty with their cars so you'd be pretty safe if anything big went wrong.

Id probably buy it if I was in the market for a GT3, especially for the £26995 price as 911 virgin will warranty it and bring it up to their standards before selling it. Plus it states in the adverts that its had an easy life up and down the motorway.
