Toshiba 26WLT66... I have one and love it to bits! Picture quality is fantastic and unusually (in my experience) for an LCD the sound is fantastic... you can crank it up and it still retains depth and clarity! Wouldn't awap it for the world... it's perfect for my room. :D

Second this. It's a great tv and the sound is brilliant from the built in speakers. Have only got the 360 through component at 1080i haven't tried the vga connection for it yet as I heard component is better than vga on this model.

I have only used VGA on mine at the moment, mainly because its hooked up to my PC. Getting a 360 soon to hook that up :)

I will say that DVDs look better than I thought through the VGA

WAnd for those comparing LCD TVs to LCD monitors; HDTVS are built with 480, 720 or 1080 pixel resolutions, meaning that everything that displays on them is pixel perfect. Most LCD monitors do not have a native resolution of 1080, 720 or 480, the picture will be stretched over the (higher resolution in most cases) surface therefore you will lose clarity. There are probably some monitors out there that do boast the correct native resolutions, but a quick look at 26" monitors capable of displayling 1080i are all £550+ and again, not in native resolution.
Very, very wrong. 98% of 26-42" TVs are 1366*768 NOT 1280*720(720p). Pretty much all TVs overscan on anything other then HDMI anyway so even if TVs were 720p (particularly important for 1080P screens which are 1920*1080) you would STILL not get a 1:1 ratio.

VGA is usually great for PCs but not the 360. They do not use the same colour specification.
