Graphic design. Thinking of either the Benq PD2700U 4K or the Dell Ultrasharp U2719D 2K. The Benq is about £100 more than the Dell. What’s your use case?
I miss 16:10 but those days are gone.Graphics design can certainly use the extra resolution.
Though with rather mid level size of 27" have to increase scaling or limit viewing distance to avoid text becoming really small.
As for myself that "2K" scam would be inexcusable:
I bought 2560x1600 Dell U3014 in December 2013 and 16:9 low screen 2560x1440 would be downgrade even for web surfing.
I miss 16:10 but those days are gone.
How you going to replace that Dell if it goes kaput?
Hopefully 100+Hz 4K models come finally into shops before that. How you going to replace that Dell if it goes kaput?
I think there have been recently some new office use aimed 60Hz 1920x1200 models.I have to say I wouldn’t be surprised if 16:10 didn’t make a comeback at some point.
Apple's laptops all use 16:10 displays as far as I know.I have to say I wouldn’t be surprised if 16:10 didn’t make a comeback at some point.
