290 Crossfire, weird GPU-Z output after driver clean and update?

So, I cleaned my drivers as per the overclocking thread using driver fusion, and then reverted back to 13.12 after trying out mantle on 1 card due to stability issues in other games. So, I open gpu-z, this is what I get on one card:

Which seems very strange to me right? I mean, the shader and TMU number are at 290x levels. But there are a few things that make me think this hasn't magically unlocked, note the 32 Bit bus width, 20.0GB/S bandwidth, and GDDR5(Autodetect) under memory type.

So, are these types of errors usual for crossfire? For comparison, here is my other 290 in GPU-Z:

EDIT: Seems to me I forgot to disable ULPS, my bad, now it seems to have returned to normal, however, there are two different bios versions, one card has 0.15.041.000.000.0000 and the other: 0.15.039.000.006.003516. Should this cause any issues? If so, how would i go about rectifying it? Thanks!

Download msi afterburner beta 18. Install. Go to settings, tick disable ULPS, restart pc. Play.

You'll need to do this after each new driver install.
