Wait for RV770 or R700.
RV770 is supposed to have 480 SPs and double the texturing units of RV670. R700 is supposed to be a 2x RV770, although its currently unknown whether its gonna be a 3870X2 solution or a solution similar to thw Quads that intel make right now.

no point upgradeing yet, unless u want to use high AA. latest games run fine on a 2900 without AA... even crysis i get good fps..
