Hi everyone,

I have not built a desktop for a while. I have been using a Legion 5 Pro laptop for the past few years, but I am looking to get back into a desktop build.

The purpose of this build is a lounge gaming machine, with a secondary use as a media system. I will be hooking it up to an LG G4 OLED TV, so 4K gaming is the goal. I am working within a limited budget, so I am trying to make a 5070 Ti fit. I know AMD GPUs often offer better value, but I am set on Nvidia for this build.

The 2k limit isn't a hard limit, but I'd like to stay under this if I can - with Xmas round the corner.

Here is my basket so far:

Total: £1,993.79 (includes delivery: £11.98)

Let me know if I have made any mistakes or if there are any changes you would recommend.

Thanks!

Is it your intention to mix white and black components ?
Yeah :D Going for a Black and White build. Hoping it will look better than it sounds. Most of the internal components are white - however the GPU and RAM are black as I can't find affordable options in white. The PSU is Black and White.
I think the GPU may look like the odd one out as the RAM sticks are slim with RGB so the black sides wont be noticeable.
Keep looking at 5080 GPU's for a true 4K build, but not sure I can accommodate the additional cost without bringing the price down elsewhere.
