good spec but i would get a 24" screen you have potentially £236 towards it, you can maybe get cheaper mouse / case

or get the headset later on

or sell your old kit and put it towards the new parts .. if thats not in the equation already

Everything looks solid to me...

Get another monitor preferably a 24" that supports 1920x1200 as you will get most out of your gfx that way.

Also if possible change the psu to the HX instead of TX... your case will look more tidy since the Antec 1200 has a side window ;)

As for sound... I bought the Logitech X-540 and they are great for their price.

frankly i'd spend less on the mobo and get a better monitor, maybe change to the asus p6t

The guy i am building for doesn't want a 24" monitor as he says its too big :)
I did suggest it tho

Go with H50 for cooling
what you using computer for?? 2k build and not 12 gig??
It's for gaming, it is suppose to last a few years so i have tried to future proof as much as possible
Is there really any need for 12Gb of ram? we barely gone over 4Gb in most cases

you can maybe get cheaper mouse / case
y
He spent a good couple of weeks looking for keyboards and mice with everything he wanted, originally we wanted a Logitech G7 but they seem to be difficult to get hold of nowadays and he didn't want second hand.
The case is changable though, i just chose the Antec as it is a really nice and spacious case (so watercooling would be easy to put in) and he liked the look of it

Thanks for the suggestions power supply changed to
Corsair HX 850W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply

Thanks all

I just saw that you may watercool...

Antec is more for air cooling.

If you want to water cool than this is the case for you.

Also you don't need 12gb of ram so dont bother with that.

about monitor: 24" really isnt that bigger from a 22" and it gives a better resolution imo

Agree with Nameless the 1200 isnt good for water its better for air, The Corsair obsidian is a cracking case for watercooling with the H50 altho you can put custom kits in there.
