2k to upgrade or change comp

I have 2k to upgrade my comp what do you think best to upgrade. Here is what i have allready.

2 optical drives
150gb raptor
250gb wd sata2 hdd
x2 4400
sli xfx extreem edition 7800 gtx 256mb 490/1300 stock
2gb corsair 3500ll
tagan 580w easy con
dfi exprt

danger den d5 pump

panaflo l1a fans
thermochill tube res 10"
maze 4 sli lp
swiftech storm

Inless your struggling in games or applications theres not much point in upgrading at the moment, I think you should save your money until you do need to upgrade, new things will be out, a lot of cheaper things etc.

if the pc is for gaming keep what youve got. If its for video work etc then go conroe. Ive been encoding some videos earlier on my [email protected] and it is twice as fast as my Pentium D 930 which was faster than my 3800x2
