Had O2 Premium broadband installed for the past month or so, for potential speeds of up to 20Mbps, although the O2 website at first claimed our maximum sync speed was 13Mbps - I also understand you are not guaranteed to get 20Mbps (it's anything up to), but I've never seen it go over 9.7Mbps or so, this is on a newly-activated line where we are about 1.9-2km from the local BT exchange.
Here are the current connection stats from our O2 (Thomson) box. No idea why the uptime is only 2 and half hours tho, it was up for a lot longer than that when I was checking it last night:
AFAIK, the line attenuation looks about right for our line's distance, but the rest I'm still not that sure. I've been used to fibre-optic cable connections since broadband first went mainstream, so still new to the ins and outs of this ADSLx technology malark.
