I am running though what i was asked last time, but i am struggling to remember, its all a blur :(

i always stumble on questions about myself.

1) What could you bring to this company?
2) If i wrote to your current emplyeer what would they say as a reason for not wanting you to go?

im stummbling on those at the moment. :(

any help much appricated. im expecting another 2 hour grilling

what would your colleages say about you?

what are you positives and negatives?

why should we chose you and not anyone else?

how do you handle pressure?

give us a situation where you came under pressure and how did you deal with it?

how would you describe yourself in 3 words?

what are you positives and negatives?

if all else fails flash your willy and run.

Positives: your willy
Negatives: tendency to show it at wrong time :p

How did it go? What was the worst question they asked.

I had an interview this morning and they asked me some weird questions like "If you were a brand, what brand would you be and why?" Strange one that

It is the interview with a different person?

If so, then they will probably ask you the same questions as the first person did.

If with the same person, then I am sure it will be just more detail than the first. I presume with Estate Agency being essentially a sales job it is 80% personality anyway, in which case just be yourself.

well i was told i would have the outcome by the 22nd Feb, and low and behold nothing. so on tuesday i sent the MD an email basically saying...

"Further to our recent meeting .... bla bla bla.... i assume i have been unsuccesful on this occasion, i would be greatful if you could confrim this. ...... bla bla bla"

got back a reply saying the process is taking longer than thought. still i have heard nothing a week late now

I would not take too much notice of the lack of response. If my company is anything to go by, everyone and the cleaner has to sign off employment decisions, so there is a fair amount of bureaucracy involved.

lol you've only had to wait a week so far. I once had to wait 2 months to find out they'd decided they didnt need anyone for the job anyway...

PK!

I agree it does put the company in a bit of a bad light, but at least they haven't said no yet!

It says to me they have a candidate in mind who is on hols and they are waiting on their answer, or the HR manager is on hols and they need a signature for sign off. All is not lost yet, but its not looking too good either.

I would assume you haven't got it, but if you have it is good news.
