2nd interview....

So i have been asked back for a second interview for a digital media company in brighton, its a placement working in the technical department within that company. They have asked me to talk about something technical for around 5 minutes. I'm stuck for ideas, do I just talk about something I know a lot about ie graphics cards or are they looking for something else?? What do you guys recommend?
