2nd line from Orange

I know i would get better answers if i call up Orange directly but just need to know where would i stand on this issue.

Currently I have an Orange contract who I've been with for 3+ years and I've given that line to my brother for a good price with a decent phone. The monthly bills come out of his direct debt and the account is in my name.

CUrrently i have a 3 phone with a 3 tarriff / sim card. I want to get the HTC Hero on Orange when it comes out. If i contact Orange to get that phone and ask to add an additional line will i be able to get a discount price or will have to use one of their standard tarriffs?

Even though you already have a contract, the new connection would be treated exactly as it sounds.
You would only have an option of existing tariffs
Only other option would be if your brothers number is out of contract, reclaim it go through to rettentions and barter, then ask them to change the number
