My win7 M2 Is installed in the on-board M2 socket, the new M2 on a pci adaptor board.

My motherboard bios sees the new pci mounted MP600 in the boot menu list yet windows7 refuses to see it at all. I notice a pci device driver is missing yet windows fails to find one online. When I first booted I noticed windows tried installing two drivers, one successful, the other failed. Windows disk management doesn't see the MP600 at all.

Ideas ?. I'm going to make a bootable Acronis cd and see what that finds.

Update...
Acronis 64bit bootable CD cloned and expanded my old drive to the MP600 claiming success.

I shut down and installed the mp600 in my M2 slot. Nothing !, bios doesn't see it either ??

What a nightmare. The only thing that would work is the free version of Macrium Reflect, even that got the main boot partition size wrong so I had to install other free software to extend it as Windows Disk Management refused !.
