I have a new ultrabook that can accept 2280 m2 drives, so looking to replace the small ssd with a 2TB drive.

From reading lots of reviews, I've narrowed it down to...

Lexar NM790 - seems to have incredibly low power consumption: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cruc...-4.0-m.2-solid-state-drive-sto-cru-01090.html

Crucial T500 - bit higher power consumption (still low) and with DRAM cache, and currently at a great price: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cruc...-4.0-m.2-solid-state-drive-sto-cru-01090.html

Are there any other drives I should be looking at? The WD drives seem far too power hungry (or if they aren't, too slow) - I recently added a WD Black SN7100 to my gaming laptop but don't think it's the right drive for my ultrabook.
