What is a good 2TB NVME drive ?

The firecuda has faster speeds

TLC is certainly faster than QLC, whose write speed drops even below HDDs once write exceeds size of buffer...
Also write endurance is like six times the Intel.

I have that 510 Firecuda drive. Pretty damn fast, PC boots in seconds, most games load pretty fast too. No complaints from me.
