Are we likely to see 2x 1GB DDR2 800mhz RAM for sale at £100 this summer? Are DDR2 RAM prices likely to fall any time soon?

Assuming you are referring to the very popular non-"value" kits such as the CAS4 GeiL and OCZ, I personally think that prices will drop only very slightly over the coming few months.

But what about the upcoming DDR3 ram?

I know its going to be out in ages,but with intel flashing of their new ddr3 boards and the memory companies showing of their DDR3 ram, surely that has to impact on the prices...

Or maybe not
