Yes to a certain extent I did, on my first RMA, the power connector had a red light when I plugged it in, on the second RMA, the card just artifacted the whole time, same with the third RMA. I'm now on my fourth and have been for a couple of weeks now, going rock steady so far, hoping it will only get better as the drivers get refreshed. I'm probably going to head down the same route and buy another if you think it's worth it

2x hd3870x2 problem

i more than happy with 2 x hd3870x2 set up and like you said hopefully improve with drivers,if you look at ** card the back plate acts as a heat sink for the mem and is hot to touch so if you where to put another card under it the top one would surly just be sucking in hot air as the gap between them is about 5 mm ,reason i have gone towards watercooling them.
