2x Power supply check

Hey all, just wanted to check that these two rigs will work power-wise...

Intel e2160 (will be overclocked)
2Gb OCZ Platinum 6400
1x 160Gb SATA HD
7900GT
1x optical drive
1x card reader
Gigabyte SUPERB 460w (fairly sure this one should be fine but while im here I figured I should check)

Intel e6420 (overclocked but no vcore increase)
4Gb OCZ (2x2gb) vista gold 6400
1x 320gb SATA HD
1x 160gb SATA HD
BFG GeForce 8800 GT OC 512MB (no clocking- this is the part I was worried about (apparently this can be expected to leech 220-260w of power under full load but I don't know about everything else hence can't do the math))
1x optical drive
1x card reader
Tagan 480w PSU (one of the older ones but theyre still pretty awesome from what I can tell)

The Tagan will be fine, but the gigabyte one depends on the amp on the +12V rail.

Fine and fine is my assessment, it could be calculated mathematically but I'm just basing it on having seen a lot of similar systems and requests.
