The only people I see wearing 3/4's are hustling for drugs or checking out the cars for plates to rip.....end of.
What's worse is being close to liverpool I actually see people who still think that full track suits are acceptable casual wear, especially in terry cloth for the ladies.
3/4's with a track suit top is not a nice combo, leave it in the 90's, please.
