3 bed flat rates

Do these monthly figures for electric, water and council tax rates seem about right for a 3 (double) bedroom flat with combined lounge/kitchen?

£800 PMC
Electric £60
Council tax & Water rates £115

Total £975 PMC

£325 each

If you have no gass I would expect your electric to work out at more than that especially in winter when you have the heating on.

Still need to pay gas, tv, net phone etc. Its a ground floor flat though so its pretty warm anyway

I used to live in Moortown and then Rounday.

Anyways...bills for my 3 bedroom flat in a posh part of Bristol for the last year have been (pcm):-

Gas £50
Elec £30
Council Tax £130
Water rates £40
TV licence £10
Phoneline £12
Internet £12

Approx £300pcm
