There were three sequences in Children of Men which are shot in one view for a long period. One of them blood splats on the camera - not sure if it was planned or not.
I read that they actually were not all continuous shots but a few stitched together. Even so the amount going on in the rescue scene is amazing. I didn't clock it first time i watched but when you actually see how much is going on in one log shot it really is breathtaking.
The other one that springs to mind is the scene in The Bourne Ultimatum where he jumps from one roof into a balcony window and the camera follows him in - i think they used it in the last Bond movie also.
