3 HDD's - What to do?

I've currently got 3 hard drives in my rig which mainly contain media on them. I am thinking of switching to an iMac and sell my PC rig but somehow would like to have those 3 drives at my convenience for storage.

Does anyone know if there is a way of combining all 3 into one external drive?
