Hi anyone out there using 3 mobile as i,m considering changing my mobilephone.Anyone have any problems that i should be aware of? before i sign up for 3 mobile thanks:)

I use them and they have been pretty good.
75 mins and 600 texts for £15 a month and then £5 a month for unlimited data on X-Series Silver.

The only complaint I have is that 3's customer service is dire. The line are bad (crackly etc), the call operators don't tend to understand you and if you ask something that isn't included in their script, they can't help you.

Signed up with them last month and I had a problem with my new phone so i called customer services.

I found them to be very helpful, its a indian call centre and they were quite difficult to understand but they were very helpful. They even took down my home phone number and called me back on that as the line was crackly.

All in all im very pleased with them
Signal quality has been far better then t_mobile and ive had no issues with not getting a signal
the x series internet addon is great and connection speeds are very fast

Well I think I'll go with them for the N95 8GB as I really want to use MSN/browse.

The only problem is that I'd rather not have another 18 month contract, but oh well :(

I'm with Vodafone and I may try and get the 8gb for £30/free phone/12 month contract (though I doubt they'll go for that).

I'm getting my n95 8Gb delivered tomorrow on 3, having decided to leave Orange (crap data charges, no phones i want) - £30 a month deal on the 3 website. Will let you know how i find it....

Love 3 and the best network i have used so far.

All my family have switched from Orange and Vodafone and they too have no regrets whatsoever.

3 Have to be the most improved network around and they have been voted best Mobile Network in the industry for the last 2 years. Best 3G coverage in the UK and cheap tarifs and internet add ons etc.

What more can you ask?

does anyone know if and how it's possible to sign up to Three using the recommend a friend email link (£30 off bill) as well as the quidco link as the same time for a bargain deal??

Daaaaaaaaaaaamnit! I saw a brand new N95 8gb the other day and I want...durrr!!

I don't WANT an 18 month contract...but three's web policy is much better.

Go through Quidco and sign up for the contract the normal way. I have just checked my Quidco account, £47 on its way. This on the N95 8GB With Mix & match 500.

But if I go through and pick a 300 MM it mentions nothing about quidco?

Or does quidco know you've used their portal?

:/

Three knows that you have signed up via the Quidco link. That's all I did I did clear the cookies first and the payment is being tracked. I hope this helps.

YEs it is. Go via quidco then paste the referral url into the address bar.

darn it! I knew I should have phoned 02 first.
I ordered my N95 8GB from Three this afternoon and it should be here tomorrow. Just phoned O2 to get my PAC code and they have offered me the N95 8Gb for free, and an 18 month contract on £25 a month. They will also credit me £10 each month which basically means I'll be paying £15 a month for 250 minutes and 500 txt (both more than I need).
I think I'll have to cancel my Three contract now.
