I've always been curious about services like this. Suppose an item posted back doesn't reach them...is the customer liable?

i was a member of blockbusters a year ago or so. i had two dvd's lost, they didnt worry. just report it lost and that's usually the end of it

I'm with Lovefilm. I had a DVD go missing upon return. Just filled out an online report. Heard no more.

What concerns me is that the light-fingered amongst the RM staff, and I accept that they are a minority though I shalln't comment on that minority's size as I don't know it, must surely learn to recognise these DVD returns from the provided packaging...

Oh incidentally, is this another Sainsburys affair, or can this be used legitimately? I don't fancy another debacle whose end result is I end up having wasted some of my time vainly trying to get something for nothing.

No this is kosher it says on the voucher to give it to a friend as a present but seeing as the OP and my vouchers have the same code on them then they must all be the same.
