I'd be scared if i was him, the mother was on the wireless earlier saying she would do anything to see justice for her 'Levi'. She sounded quite scary.

We know theres no justice, if you want to commit crime then the only sensible option is to come to the UK and do it as we are a joke, rest of the world must be looking and ******* themselves laughing. :mad: :mad:
 
I would personally head hunt him if only he had a more distinctive name.

I hope the parents find him and hang him.

The only reason thats funny is because its true, theres plenty of ppl i don't like, only 12 weeks inside, its definately an incentive, best time to do it is when the footy season finishes though, as if you go to the matches, you won't miss any as you'll be out when it starts again. :)

Certainly not our country's justice system by the looks of things! How can this be? How can a crime of such scale get a pitiful sentence? I bet people have got worse for "lesser" crimes!

Careless driving is an offence which does not carry a jail sentence.

Ok... What about mowing down a small child? Does that not carry a jail sentence?
How can we be expected to have any faith in British justice when such shambolic sentences as this are handed out?
 
this seems really strange and a bit inconsistent the guy who ran me and two friends over was uninsured, banned and drunk but he didn't kill any of us. He got three years (served 1.5) and ban.

I thought there was an causing accidental death by driving offence or something like that, why didn't he get charged with that?

I guess he wasn't caught speeding or he would have got years in the clink.

we (as a country) really need to get sentencing looked at in a big way, let's try to punish the offences that society find repulsive more strogly than the irrelavent ones.
