On an 18month contract with 3, and can upgrade tomorrow ( 12 months in ).

Went to look on their website and see what i can get, was hoping for a new touchscreen phone, but they have none!

Does anyone know if 3 will be using any of these phones soon, or if it would just be better to wait for 6months more and then change network.

They have Viewty isn't that touchscreen? Also have the new LG Renoir.

EDIT: Also have Samsung F480 Tocco

I am in exactly the same position. Really poor selection in my opinion. Would love to get an Iphone, or even one of the the new Windows Mobile Phones (X1/HTC HD)

How are you able to upgrade only 12 months is as opposed to 17months?

Wait 6 months and then move to o2.

They told me the other day I have to wait 16 months, What gives :confused:

I was told I could upgrade after 14 (out of 18) months. Shame they have no decent phones!

I wonder if they make false promises...

I *think* I'm on a 12 month upgrade contract, but would not be surprised if it were 18.

Well the 12 month thing is a year old fact from my distorted stoner mind.

So it's probably wrong

I might just take the time to get my old w910i fixed. I've been using a Nokia 6280 which crashed after 4-5 mins on the phone, gets a white screen of death every 20mins, turns off when it likes, and just generally breaks and fails at life

I think i could manage 6 months back on my w910i and change network instead.

Mine is up mid next year. Hopefully by then I can get a good upgrade with 3 - maybe an android based device.
