£300 build possible?

My brother is looking to upgrade his PC for xmas but has around £300 to spend.

his PC is quiet old, running a 9500 gt, e5200 and probably 800mhz ddr2 RAM.

Already has a monitor 1680x1050 res, keyboard, mouse.

He has a EZcool 550w PSU that might be able to be re-used and a HDD, so you can include a PSU or not, not sure if he should replace it?

Intel or AMD, also looking for a 'small case' but if not he can use his current one.

I guess he has an optical drive he can reuse as well? Just done a quick search and I would suggest getting a new PSU.

Cheers, That looks good, he mainly plays WoW and the odd shooter like CSS / GO, Fear etc, but anythings better then what he has at the mo.

Do you know if a cooler is included with that intel processor?
