£300 graphics card for BF3?

For £300 (or may be a touch over) get two shader unlocked 6950 2GB cards off the members market.
Don't go spending £275 on a 6970 with a fancier cooler on.

To be honest a second hand 6950 2GB (unlocked or not) off the members market is the best bet - Pay about £165 and you are onto a winner.

Personally I wouldn't be thinking of buying a new graphics card. I paid £200 for my release day 6950 near the end of 2010.

Might pay to wait a bit, the 7950 is due soon and yes while I'm perfectly aware it won't be £300 it may shift some of the pricing around in the lower ranges to offer a better value solution. Not to mention some 2nd hand bargains with people upgrading.
