£300 PC

Hey guys I have been asked to build a 300-350 pound desktop for a family friend. He only really uses the PC for downloading movies music etc and burning them to DVD. So im guessing he really wont need an expensive GFX card. See how gooder spec we can get. Cheers

Already got an O/S cd for windows 7 so that gives another £70 odd to play with guessing either on processor or more ram what dya rekon?

If the machine is for downloading, i'd spend the extra money on:

- Extra Hard Disk
- Upgrading Broadband connection to one with a very permissive FUP (ie BE).
