I just use it like a normal steering wheel, never noticed the shape.

It's purely a "fashion thing" at the cost of practicality.

The corners of the wheel only obscure parts of the dashboard when turning, but no more than the spokes of a regular wheel.

What is this bulb (Circled in red) I need to replace it as it has gone out

Has it a specific name? I'm looking to change it myself but want to know what it's called so I can get a youtube video how to change it.

It seems to come on with the rest of the car lights when the fog light isn't selected.

That would normally be a fog lamp there. Seems odd it would be on all the time, it can't be doing very much as it won't be bright enough to actually be a fog lamp if on all the time.

I'm wondering if it's some sort of driving light. I've asked on the Peugeot forums too.

Wife noticed it was out when I got home yesterday so need to get it changed.

Doesn't the owner's manual list all bulb sizes? I mean my car is a bit older so maybe they stopped but hopefully it's in there

Its a turning light/fog light. It lights up when your'e going round a corner. Bit odd but that's wht it does.
